Book a call with us to discuss your needs and the job you want to fill. We'll help you decide between our Direct Hire or Managed model.

We start the talent search
After paying the deposit, we'll start searching for talent for your role. We'll interview and screen until we find 3 suitable candidates.
3.
Interview & approval
When we find 3 great candidates, we'll present them to you and assist with scheduling interviews to choose your favorite.
4.
New employee hire!
After successfully placing the candidate, you'll pay the one-time fee or the subscription fee, depending on your chosen model.

What is the cost of this?
We offer two models: Direct Hire & Managed. Learn more here.
With direct hire, you pay a one-time fee based on the employee's first-year salary upon placement. With managed, our fee is included in the monthly salary you pay.
In both cases, you only pay if you hire an employee. Zero risk.
Do you provide a guarantee?
For our direct hires, we offer a 90-day guarantee. If the new hire doesn't work out within the first 3 months, we'll conduct a second hiring round for the same role for free.
With our managed model, we provide an unlimited guarantee. If a hire doesn't work out, we'll conduct another hiring round for the same role for free, with a limit of once every 90 days.
